CEDAR Research Team

Janna Griffioen

Lead Graduate Student

Alongside Dr. Schmidt, Janna is the lead on this study. Beyond study leadership, Janna provides training for the peer support workers.

Dr. Julia Schmidt

Principal Investigator

Alongside Janna, Julia provides overall study leadership. She also onboards new recruitment sites.

Dr. Jade Witten

Postdoctoral Research Fellow

Jade interacts with the care partners of participants and conducts their outcome measures.

Jeyah Cruz

Research Coordinator

Jeyah is the main person in contact with PAIR participants and peer support workers. She conducts outcome measures and tracks participant data.

Caitlin Liang

Research Assistant

Caitlin provides administrative support for PAIR.

Yenah Byun

Master’s Student

Yenah conducts outcome measures with peer support workers.

Cayla Douglas

PhD Student

Cayla conducts outcome measures with peer support receivers.

Adele Rogers

Community Research Facilitator

Adele is the main support person for peer support workers. She provides the CEDAR lab with guidance and expertise for PAIR research activities.

These individuals co-created the study with the CEDAR Lab and advises on progress, decisions, and outcomes.
